How to download your Instagram data

Go to Instagram › Settings › Your activity › Download your information

Tap Download or transfer information, select your account and tap Next.

Choose Some of your information. Under "Connections", enable only Followers and Following. Turn everything else off.

Tap Next. Set date range to All time, format to JSON, then tap Create files.

Instagram emails you when the file is ready. Download the .zip file and upload it below. No need to unzip!
